Brief preview & stuff

Just wanted to let you know there will be an update tonight reviewing my Monday in Chattanooga. It was a very full day so the update is taking a while. So to help you hang in there, I figured I'd toss out a quick update.
First off, I felt with the Chik recipes I gave last night, some pictures might be helpful. Tonight, since it's Thursday, I headed to Krystal, intending to make the 3 "New Chiks" I described yesterday. Imagine my shock and surprise when I was told the Spicy Chik was no longer on the menu. I know the Spicy comes and goes, but I had my hopes up for the Spicy Chik'n Ranch! So I guess we'll wait on that. In all honesty, ranch dressing would be tasty on a regular Chik, too, but the spicy would be so much better. So in place of the Spicy Chik'n Ranch, I have added the BBQ Chik. I can't take credit for that one, though. I believe Kenny Hammontree told me about that while while we were touring the Krystal Test Kitchen. (Yes that was a teaser for you to come back later!)
Anyway, here's the 3 Special Chiks I made tonight:
Left to right is The Krystal Kordon Blue (extremely yummy, I used Canadian bacon and swiss), The Chik'n Parmesan (mozzarella cheese and spagetti sauce, VERY yummy) and on the right is the BBQ Chik (good but maybe adding onions on top would help). I also went with no pickles or mayo on these, the BBQ one might do OK with the pickle, and the Kordon Blue might work with mayo or mustard but I don't eat mayo.
