97 Krystals in 8 minutes (again)
| For those that missed the Krystal Hamburger Eating Championship on ESPN and ESPN2 back in October, Tiffany over at Krystal-Lovers blog has pointed out that they'll be replaying it again this Saturday at 10pm (and again at 3am Sunday). So if you missed it last time, you can see Kobayashi eating the record shattering 97 (that's Kyu ju Shichi in Japanese). One note: if you follow the above link over to Tiffany's post, my advice is NOT to click on the picture of Rick "The Locust" Lefevre. The smallish version looks interesting. The LARGE version will give you such detail you may not want to eat a Krystal again for a while. For me it has put me off Krystals til Thursday. YUCK! But then no one ever said professional eating was for the neat and tidy! While you are watching, you'll be able to see my several times, if you know what to look for and where I was standing.
