Dogpile!

Honestly, do you know how many phrases in the English language involve dogs of some sort? Picking a title for this entry was hard, but for the opposite reason as usual. In this case there's just way too many choices. Anyway, it's Thursday again. And we all know what that mean, right?!?! Well I have only one question for you:
Who let the dogs out?

That's right, people, Krystals is having a Dog Show! The latest sales slogan is "I triple dog dare you!" And of course the stars are the yummy little Chili Cheese Pups and Corn Pups. As you can see, I prefer Chili Cheese Pups! And I get 'em fully loaded. Or as I tell the folks behind the counter "If it ain't nailed down, throw it on!" Ketsup, mustard, onions, chili, cheese, oh my!! You will need napkins!
I asked them tonight if they'd sold any boxes with my face on them and the people at my local Krystal said they sure have. So those of you participating in the Where's Jason contest, keep it up, I'm out there!
As I was waiting for my lil doggies, who should I see but Michael, regional manager for Krystal. You may remember Michael from my TV interviews and induction ceremony. You'll need to dig in the archives to find those pictures. Michael was in town to interview some people, I expect for managerial positions. We talked briefly about my trip to Krystal HQ and all the wonderful things I saw there. But Michael had to run and my dogs were barkin'. So I took them puppies home for a relaxing dinner. (You see just how many canine related phrases there are?)
This weekend I will be going out of town again. My grandmother's birthday is next week and we're having a party this weekend. I will be venturing back into Burgatory (the land without Krystal). I was thinking of bringing a Krystal Steamer (big cardboard carry case filled with 24 steamy little burgers). While they won't still be steaming when I get there, they'll still be good. But since my parents read this blog, it wont be much of a surprise. I think the surprise will be if all 24 make it all the way to NC. Long drives and tasty cargo are a tough combination.
Anyway, I hope you have a good weekend, and I hope to have some neat new things to show ya when I get back. So go get yourself a few pups and take em for a walk.
(As an aside, since they're so small, they could almost be called Chili Cheese Chihuahuas, but then that would just be silly, right?)
